MLIS & History Graduate | Library Professional
Graduating May 2026 with a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) and a Master of Arts in History from Indiana University.
I am a project manager with 6+ years of experience leading complex initiatives, with a focus on process improvement, people-centered leadership, and meaningful impact. My work spans localization operations, digital strategy, nonprofit leadership, and mentorship, with a consistent thread of building systems that help people thrive.
About Me
I am a project manager and graduate student pursuing dual masterโs degrees at Indiana University, graduating in May 2026 with a Master of Library and Information Science and a Master of Arts in History. Alongside my academic work, I bring over six years of professional experience in project management, operations, and leadership across corporate, nonprofit, and community spaces.
My professional work is grounded in three core strengths:
Project management and operations
I lead complex projects from strategy through execution, managing timelines, budgets, workflows, and stakeholders. My experience includes implementing systems, improving processes, analyzing performance data, and designing scalable solutions that increase efficiency and impact.
People-centered leadership
I care deeply about building healthy teams and supporting individual growth. Whether managing global vendors, leading volunteers, or mentoring young adults, I prioritize clarity, empathy, and accountability.
Mentorship and community development
Much of my work outside my professional career focuses on mentoring young women, developing leadership programs, and strengthening community networks. I believe strong mentorship and intentional community building create long-term impact that extends far beyond any single role.
